Message from (CEO)
Our CEO, Shyamal Kumar Saha the owner of the company, oversees all aspects of the business, ensuring that M/S Proud Textile remains a leader in the textile industry. At M/s Proud Textile, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. Our management team is dedicated to ensuring that all of our processes run smoothly and efficiently, and we always strive for excellence.

Our Executive Director, General Manager (Production), Marketing General Manager, and Admin & Compliance Manager are dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our factory and the timely completion of projects. They are also responsible for creating and executing marketing plans, setting prices, negotiating with buyers, and developing good practices and innovative HR initiatives.
Our Executive Director oversees the entire factory, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently.
Our General Manager (Production) is dedicated to overseeing the production process and ensuring adequate resources for the timely completion of projects. He is also responsible for planning staff schedules, estimating costs, and preparing budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
Our Marketing General Manager is responsible for creating and executing marketing plans for our garments products. He independently supervises, coordinates, and leads a merchandising team and is well-versed in knit garments. He also supervises and determines the price of garments and negotiates with buyers to arrive at final acceptable prices.
Merchandise team
From fabric sourcing to sampling, our Merchandising team is the expert go-to for clothing export. They take pride in delivering top-notch quality while guaranteeing customized solutions that meet each client’s individual needs. Compliance department
Our admin & Compliance Manager is a key member of our team, helping manage a wide range of HR issues in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation, and benefits. The admin & Compliance Manager is also responsible for developing good practices and innovative HR initiatives, and independently supervises, coordinates, and leads the admin, HR & Compliance teams.
Furthermore, they are responsible for preparing factories for compliance audits. At M/s Proud Textile, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services.
